Payment Methods
Payment details will be provided after you submit the registration form. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, and cash payment.
Accommodation
Special rates have been negotiated with Hotel Kongresen Centar-Ohrid. Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodation. We recommend booking early as August is peak tourist season in Ohrid.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations before July 15, 2026: Full refund minus 50 € administrative fee
- Cancellations after July 15, 2026: No refund
- Substitutions are allowed with prior notification to the organizing committee
